Ernie Rossi is a superb realtor. He offered great advice as to what we should do to make our house show wonderfully. He had an excellent marketing plan and followed up with every realtor who brought clients to see hour house. Average selling time in our area was 90 days, our house was under contract in 60 days during a slow time of the year. Ernie also helped to guide the process from contract to closing so we closed on time.

We feel so lucky to have had Nick Riina as our real estate agent. This was our first home buying experience and Nick went above and beyond to make this experience a memorable one.
