We HIGHLY recommend Steve Foster!! He had the experience and knowledge to sell our home. We had an addition on our home in 2001, with Steve’s knowledge of the “clean slate” policy by the Land Use Review Board our house sale was possible. We interviewed other realtors, all of which were great but they didn’t understand the policy as well as Steve did. Steve serves on the local Planning Council which enables him to always be on top of the current regulations. He has a very deep knowledge of property management which came in handy while we were out of state during the listing and time under contract. He kept an eye on our house checking in on it while we were away. We can’t thank him enough!

We met with Steve Foster before we were ready to sell our home. He took the time to answer all our questions and give us a plan of action. We really appreciated that extra mile. When we were ready we contacted Steve and within a day or two Josh came out to the house for a look. He was great to work with. Always on time. Considerate. The photographer was also a pleasure and the photos he took showed the house nicely. From the very beginning through the details of the sale and the scheduling of appointments and the closing, Josh was on it. We are glad we worked with Hickey & Foster.

Mariah Kelly is a sensitive responsive broker who early on generously showed me several properties and then stayed appropriately in touch during a long waiting period for a my active real estate search to begin. When I originally reached out to Josh Bara at Hickey & Foster, it was to inquire about one of his listings. That property wasn't a good fit for me but Josh kept in touch without being overbearing or pushy. When the right property did come up, Josh was there with me every step of the way and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. Someone else said it and it's true- I felt like Josh's only client even tho that wasn't the case. All negotiations went smoothly and I felt like he wanted what was best for me, not just to sell a house and make a commission. Communication was timely and thorough and the team at Hickey & Foster was so attentive and helpful keeping everything on track for a quick closing. All around it was a phenomenal experience thanks to Josh. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
