Working with Rich was a breeze. What started as a mention from Rich of some property for sale by a builder quickly and easily turned into us building our dream home. Rich is not only a realtor, he also has a history and knowledge of designing and building homes, so having him at our meetings with the builders, asking thoughtful questions that we wouldn't have thought to ask, and supporting us through the whole process was more than we could have asked for. Simultaneously, Rich helped us sell our other home. He found us a great buyer and got us a price we were happy with. Rich was a godsend for us. We were completely new to buying a home and had no idea how to operate the housing market. He found us homes to look at, honestly showed us the pros and cons of each house, helped us with decisions while still staying impartial, and helped us through every little confusing step of the journey.
