I worked with both Amber and Don over the course of 1.5 years. I looked at a total of 15+ houses with them, and put in a total of 6 offers. They were both incredibly patient, kind, informative and supportive through the entire process. As a first time homebuyer, they answered all of my silly questions, and gave me the knowledge/confidence to feel really good with the house I ended up in. 10/10 communication and flexibility. Writing offers was as easy and low stress as possible, they would walk me through my options, explain what specific language meant, etc. I could not have been more pleased with my experience with blue spruce. It’s awesome to work with people who live in and grew up in the area which is the case here. If you’re thinking about using them as a realty service I could not encourage you to more!

Amber Foote from Blue Spruce Realty is great!! Very helpful showing us properties and pointing out any potential concerns that may need to be addressed. Also pointed out whether certain homes were potentially in flood zones or other things that may make getting insurance very expensive or not even possible.

We worked with Amber at Blue Spruce for almost nine months to find our home. Amber must have shown us 50 houses at our request and she never lost hope or energy. She even helped us with a for sale by owner house that we almost bought. The family-business environment at Blue Spruce is fantastic too. We felt like everyone was pulling for us throughout an exhausting house hunt. Amber is professional, punctual, and super kind and easy to work with. I rarely write reviews, and when I do, it is usually because I am angry. Therefore, that I am writing a positive review now is a resounding endorsement for Blue Spruce Realty. Everyone that worked there was great in helping me find a home. Mary Ann was incredibly generous and enthusiastic, and the house she found for me was exactly what I wanted. She made great recommendations throughout the process; and moreover, I never felt pressured into anything I didn't want to do. When a delay in closing caused me to be without an apartment for two days, Don of Blue Spruce put me up in one of his apartments free of charge. A huge stress relief. It's a small business, but it was pretty clear they have big hearts. Highly recommend.
