I worked with Jaeger Nedde to purchase a local business. Jaeger was always there when I needed him, and he worked with the seller and their broker to coordinate the entire deal. I needed to move my entire corp office HQ to a new space within tight 3-1/2 week window. Jaeger got me into showings of spaces immediately and provided great feedback during the showings to the listing agent. Overall my entire process was complete just in a few days because of his client dedication. He was EXTREMELY responsive in communications between the agents, property management, and myself. Follow-up on every single item was always completed.

I highly recommend working with Jaeger Nedde at Nedde Real Estate. Jaeger is incredibly responsive, intuitive and understood the needs of our business. Jaeger was able to find the perfect Retail and Warehouse space for us to move our retail business, Rack Warehouse. He found us a new location only about 1.5 miles away with tons of daily traffic passing by. We have had two very satisfactory dealings with Nedde Real Estate in recent years. Most recently, Jaeger and Fernando completed the sale of our permitted multi-family property in Vergennes. Their service was highly professional and diligent throughout, starting with a well thought out plan, directly contacting numerous potential buyers, and following through on all prospects.
