Not only did we end up in the school district that we wanted but also ended up with our dream house. The one that many before her said to settle elsewhere. I truly believe that her extensive knowledge and hard working ability is what made the absolute difference for our family. Bianca was incredible. Always kept us up to date on new listings on the market, and never pressured us at all. We were fussy about what we wanted but our budget wasn't very large, but Bianca treated us like we were shopping for a mansion. She arranged showings on incredibly short notice for us since we are out of towners. She referred us to a great mortgage officer and attorneys, and has helped us find local help like fuel suppliers etc. The whole process right through closing was flawless.
