It would be hard for me to recommend Darci and Anne enough. We bought our new house and were in the process of moving into it when we reached out to Darci. She seemed excited about the house itself and really ready to sell it. She also agreed that they could coordinate the work to get it ready.

Anne and Darci arranged to have the things we left in a pretty chaotic state hauled off, have the house deep cleaned, and have the house interior painted where needed. The folks they found to do the work were very reasonably priced, and we came in within our "get the house ready to sell" budget. They also did an _excellent_ job staging the house and getting it ready for pictures for a very reasonable fee.

The listing was active for less than 24 hours before we had two offers at asking, which was about $20-30k more than I really expected to get. We had an almost effortless progression (for us, at least) from accepting the offer to closing.

All in all, I still can't recommend the Hazelbaker & Ranek team enough. They're an absolute pleasure to work with and were able to create amazing results for us.
