Tim Heney was a real life-saver for us. We live in California but needed to sell my husband's parent's house in Barre Vermont.

Tim took care of everything for us in order to get the house ready to sell and to get the best price at the right time for the market. He even managed getting the carpets professionally cleaned so the house looked its very best before having the photographer come. All this happened and we were never even there!

Whitney Brown listed both of my apartment buildings in Barre City in 2022. Mind you, the interest rates at the time of the listings were nearly double from 6 months earlier. Selling an apartment building in a low interest rate environment is tough! But selling 2 buildings when mortgage rates are between 6% and 7% is nearly impossible! In summary, Whitney got my first apartment building in contract within a few weeks. We had a dozen or so showings and 6 offers. Are you kidding? This market was rolling over and she got me 6 offers and we closed over the asking price! My next building had major deferred maintenance! I felt guilty about asking her to list it because even the most experienced Realtor might not want to deal with it. Not Whitney! She gave me some tips on how to clean it up in order to show it at minimum cost. And then we had another dozen showings and another 5 or 6 offers. Huh? That was not supposed to happen! Seriously, my second building was not supposed to sell. But she sold it. Not only was it in rough shape but mortgage rates were even higher than a few months before when my first building sold. I am not someone who gives compliments that easy. But Whitney is phenomenal at her craft. If you want exposure and publicity for your property in order to get the best price with a quick turnaround, you cannot do better than Whitney! And don't get me started on her professionalism and attention to detail. Just incredible!
