Joe is super easy to work with. He helped me replace a portion of our fence that someone knocked over. He priced everything out and discussed all of the options with me before doing the work, and then sent pictures after he finished. He cleaned our gutters and will power wash our deck.

Hired Rent A Neighbor VT to help with a number of items in preparing her townhouse for sale and doing some post inspection repairs. They did the work quickly and with professionalism and their handyman skills are excellent. They helped remove furniture, stage the house, clean the exterior and repair exhaust fan venting in the attic. The work was coordinated via Susan Kaminski at Hickok & Boardman. Their coordination and communication made the process very easy.

Joe responded to our inquiry the same day for gutter clean out and brush pile removal. After receiving the quote and agreeing to move forward, Joe immediately got us on his schedule and the job was completed as promised in an extremely timely manner and done excellent! Would highly recommend. Being our vacation home and being quite a distance away, it was great to make a connection with a trustworthy professional that I’m sure we will use again when the time arises.
