I have had a terrific experience working with roots property management. I have been renting for about 14 months. During this time I have run into a few minor difficulties with the house I am renting and in each occasion roots property management has been supportive, understanding, and quick to assist me in solving whatever problem I am experiencing. Overall, they are the ideal property management company to rent from until you are in a financial position to purchase a home of your own. Both Kelly and Ari from the office have been a pleasure to work with. I expect to be a loyal customer for years to come, thank you roots property management!

Roots makes remote property ownership possible. They see what is wrong and fix it, and they pay attention - when you ask them to do something, it gets done! Before Roots was helping me, it was a struggle to find help with landscaping, basic maintenance, or anything for our cabin. Roots took things in hand and is there when I need them. Thank you!

The whole Team at Roots Property Management are professionals. They work so hard to provide clean, beautiful and safe housing. The renovations they are finishing at 30 old Depot in Putney is stunning. Whoever gets that place will be so happy!

How can we be passed over for this trailer rental when we started the rental application for it months before the previous tenants moved out? And I even offered to pay you a YEARS worth of rent right up front, who turns that down? I've been waiting on this rental to selling my house figuring how can I not get it? I started everything way early. Guess it's my bad turning offers for my house down or putting things on hold thinking there's no way they can't rent it to us. Previous tenants even said they are good people they have to rent it to you you have the jump on it he hadn't even started moving yet. But for months we played phone tag emails back and forth kept saying they were doing work in the trailer when I know the only thing needed to be fixed was the back door. I don't know maybe it is an attempt to make money I mean how many people paid Money to have background check done that got turned down and we don't even have a speeding ticket that's how Clean our stuff is and to pay a year's worth of rent for one how often does someone offer that Good luck people find another company to rent off of cause your wasting your time and definitely your Money well unless you're friends with someone who works here or you know one of them.
