Alex was absolutely amazing to work with for buying my first home! She was always super quick to set up showings and once I found the right house she was amazing at moving the process right alone! Franz Rosenberger of Coldwell Banker Islands Realty is by far one of the most selfless professionals that I have had the ability to work with. Not only did he make selling my second home a smooth transition for me but when it came time to purchase my current home at the end of 2023 in a tight housing market, he took time out of his own personal life and put family events on hold to show me homes with very little or no time for preparation. I can't thank him and the team at Coldwell Banker Islands Realty for their passion and hard work in a process which at times can be very stressful.
