A very clean well stocked store with a very friendly staff. You feel it when you walk into the store and are always greeted and provided as much or as little help as you request. The staff is always in the game and you never get the stereotypical Home Depot/ Lowes dead lifeless Stare Down.

Best hardware store in town, and possibly in the state! Every time I walk in someone immediately asks what I need and points me to the correct isle and I'm often out in well under 5 minutes.

This is NOT the same experience as the big box stores where sometimes you'll have to wait 20 minutes to get someone to unlock a locked shelf...

Basically just really awesome, helpful folks. I have no problem paying a slight premium to support this business vs the bigger stores.
