AAA sent these clowns over to jump start me showed up in a Ford focus and a jump pack said his main truck blew a hydraulic line couldn't get me started told me I had a bad starter and would need to have me towed back to shop well I was disgusted n told the guy your very under prepared my starter isn't bad I just have a crappy jump pack he left with middle fingers up and spinning tires 1 hour later my bubby come out hisoke reliable noco 5000amp pack on my car and away it went good for id I was a dummy n let them take my car AAA will b hearing about how they were represented by these part guessers up sale scammers watch ur wallets

Extremely disappointed with today's service I called cause I slid into a ditch in a customers of mine driveway at 10:30 am . they said they'd be there at 11:50 am . so I go work for a hour walk back down the drive way to meet them at 11:50 ended up waiting outside in the cold till 1:09pm till they finally show up I had the underneath of my jeep completely shovel out by this time clear of snow so they could hook and go Ethan hooks on the rear tire of my jeep his tow truck is sliding my jeep is tiping after I already told him when he hooked up that's not a good idea finally after 5 minutes of trying that way he spins his tow truck around hooks the front end of my jeep properly winches me out at 1:35pm ...

Reason I'm giving this a 2 star rating instead of 1 is Ethan had a good work affect just could use more training before he gets him or Some one else hurt..
