Even though I moved in 2 years ago they do have nice apartments but needs to be careful of who they have or with there rules I’ve had a lot of good neighbors in the past but the one that moved in this year is was violating her lease agreement by smoking very close to the building.

And the night I came home from you could smell smoke. From women in apartment 23B and lost’s of yelling at 10:20 when I wanted was some sleep for the next day for my morning shift.

Plus even getting a call from the office when I have never violated my license agreement the day of the 11th saying I had some other person with me that was not true.

This was the day we had a bad snow storm and my friend lives in danby vermont but couldn’t make it home in the winter storm even though he was just spending one night and that was it.

Truth is I do a lot of research and looked at the law truth is they gave me a purple warning about it.

Moral to the story is that a bird told me about the woman in 23b had her father live with or spent the night like my friend did because he couldn’t make home safely.

And it was only her and her kids living there.

Lastly I’ve never ever in my life had never in my life violated my lease or contracts with any one in my life I’m a business man myself I speak the truth all the time and ask questions when I don’t know the answer to stuff.

But they do have a good maintenance guy there who is very nice and knowledgeable.

I rented from THM for 9 years and never once had any issues. Management was always professional and helpful. My apartment was very clean when I moved in and had no issues with maintenance over the time I lived there. Yearly inspection insured apartments were clean and up to standards. Full security deposit plus interest was returned when I moved out.

Be careful with your neighbors, if they've been there for years and they don't like you they'll gang up on you with Barbie, from the office, and get you kicked out based on a bunch of lies! The office people will also start treating you like a criminal, even though for three years prior there was never a problem. Oh and Watch out for Toni in apartment 1 at brookview in wilder vt (she's racist) and her and Barbie are besties!
