Claudia Harris was great to work with. Our house sold very quickly at an excellent, but fair, price. It was important to us that the sale be as painless as possible but with the best offer. She advised about the timing of the sale, about some potentially challenging issues, and fair pricing. She respected the sentimentality of selling the house my mother built. In fact, my mother bought her land through MMMRE and we were happy to use that business again. We recommend Claudia highly and would certainly use her again.
