I Do not recommend this company to use to buy or sell a home. I inquired about a property with Wohler Realty Group, Margretta Fischer, after a brief intro asked her a few questions about a property of interest, she literally didnt even get back to me, even after multiple requests. unprofessional and rude. No thanks.

Feeling really mislead by Helen Nault. We purchased a house and planned to rent it short term. Helen walked me through the whole process, we signed a contract and she said to contact her when it was furnished and they would send someone to take photos of it as a short term rental.

Helen apparently didn’t know where it was. It’s farther from Stratton than she knew (you’d think she would’ve looked at a map before sending me the contract). She said they would still put it on their site and try to rent it, but probably for less than she had quoted me. That was fine with me. What was not fine, however, was that she ghosted me, did not follow through, but had led me to believe I was in good hands. We have a signed contract, but nothing else! Don’t be fooled by her poor customer service. What an unprofessional disappointment!
