Not worth the trouble! They charge a $15 fee for a background check- the first Iโ€™ve heard of and Iโ€™ve been renting up here for 7 years, then also on the application prompt for pet(s) info, not specifying you need to clarify if itโ€™s an ESA or not from the start, then reject the application because of their no pets policy and say โ€œYou did not say it was an ESA until we said we have a no pet policy. You referred to your dog as being well behaved. We are not accepting your application.โ€

Based off of this initial unpleasant interaction, I am very thankful that will not be renting from them.

Decent apartments.

Theyโ€™ll charge against your security deposit even if you clean the place (see attached fridge photo from move-out, Brian charged me $60 to clean this).

When I called to inquire about the charge, I was cursed at and had the phone slammed on me. Disappointing.

Great apartment in a great area. The office staff is always friendly and quick to respond to any inquiries. They do a great job keeping up with lawn maintenance and snow removal in the winter. I have enjoyed my time here and will continue to recommend renting from them to others.

Boo .they want money from you to check ur credit history. If its not what they like .they dont rent to you.an u lose ur 25 dollars .even if your willing to pay rent upfront. They are rude .an wouldnt. Rent from them .there rich and need to. Take 25 bucks from every one they look up for credit checks.thats how they got rich.return the money. honey
