I highly recommend working with Lucinda at Horses & Pathfinders in Moretown, Vermont. Her vast knowledge about Leadership, and her incredible ability to identify aspects of your personality & current leadership style help her identify areas of focus to bring out the dynamic leader within you. The entire process is very eye-opening and rewarding. Using her gentle and clear communication style, Lucinda leads the training sessions while her horses quietly play a significant role in the Leadership work as well. It is such a unique and serene experience, learning about dynamics, human behavior, and improving your leadership skills, while standing in a beautiful field with beautiful horses interacting with you at different times during the training, conversations, and exercises. I cannot say enough positive things about working with Lucinda and her horses. I highly suggest it!
