We are very impressed with the care and attentiveness Little Eagle Bay has offered us. From showing us properties that met our needs during the searching process to renewing our lease, they’ve just been great. We love our 2-bedroom apartment, we pay the best price in Burlington! It is easy to request Maintenace and they respond immediately! The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.
Holly is fabulous at what she does. Quick to respond and always happy to help with anything. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and affordable place to live in Burlington.

Our 4 years living at Little Eagle Bay were some of the best we've ever had. The townhouses are lovely and well cared for, and the *private* beach is tranquil and beautiful beyond words. The landscape is beautifully maintained and picturesque. The time and attention to detail that goes into maintaining this beautiful property is unmatched- we truly felt like we had a little piece of paradise in Burlington.
Holly is by far the most down-to-earth and approachable landlord we have ever had- it is evident how much she cares about the property and the residents living here. The PDM staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any of our requests. Routine maintenance is always done promptly and with great care, making us feel safe and secure in our home.
Thank you Holly and PDM for the wonderful tenant experience. I will always look back on my time living at LEB with warmth and a huge smile.

My partner and I lived at Little Eagle Bay for 6 years and absolutely loved the location. We moved out of state a year ago and my partner accidentally had a package delivered to our old address at Little Eagle Bay. Holly took it upon herself to mail us the package and it arrived in just a couple days. She didn't even charge us for the shipping costs! This is extremely appreciated, especially after a year of not being a tenant. Thank you PDM and Holly!

Holly, PDM, Inc and Little Eagle Bay have been such a pleasure to work with over the years. She cares deeply about her community and goes above and beyond to ensure she can provide a safe, clean, and affordable property to her guests. Unlike many property managers, Holly even includes internet in with the rent! WOW (which very few landlords do) and she is always looking for way to improve the customer experience and provide better services. When you are walking through Little Eagle Bay you can see just how special this community really is.

I had an awesome stay at 194 North St. Holly was super nice and accommodating along with all of the other staff members at little eagle bay. I had a very hard time finding an apartment in Burlington and I tried many places. Holly was the only one who actually gave me a chance due to my age, and lack of renting experience to get an apartment. The apartment was nice, in good shape, and in a good location. If you have the opportunity to rent from PDM inc I definitely would!!

I lived at Little Eagle Bay for over 6 years and loved every second of it. Not only is it a beautiful, tranquil location (just a short walk to the bike path), but Holly and the rest of the team at LEB are amazing. They are incredibly responsive, friendly, and truly make you feel like a valued member of the community at Little Eagle Bay. The apartments themselves were spacious and wonderful to live in. While I thought I would miss living downtown initially when moving to LEB, I never looked back. The bike path is accessible by the end of the road, and downtown is only a short bike ride away. I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience living here, and the management taking care of this property. Thank you Holly, and everyone else at LEB for the wonderful years!

Little Eagle Bay is such a beautiful, well-maintained apartment complex. I challenge you to find a better deal with easy and close access to the Burlington bike path and a premier beach on Lake Champlain. Holly is an experienced, fair, and attentive landlord. She takes pride in this property and it shows. Little Eagle Bay is a great place to live!

Little Eagle Bay is the most picturesque, idyllic community in Burlington. It is immaculate and expertly maintained. The manager, Holly Hammond, regularly communicates with residents and address concerns immediately. She goes beyond her duty of being a manager, but is that gracious, kind neighbor that everyone wants.
