We had a great time on vacation!! ABVR was very good about explaining everything in an e mail. There was no front desk check in or anything just went right to the condo and typed in the code and got the key!! It was very clean and I loved that it had a washer and dryer, I will never stay anywhere again on a vacation without a washer and dryer because it was the best!! We will for sure be going back next year!! It was a great place for my husband and our 3 kids, my father in law went with us also and there was plenty of room in the condo!!

At 11AM on 9/30 the day we were set to arrive in Gulf Shores I received a call and then a text stating that Boardwalk 584 was unavailable due to a water leak that the HOA had just let them know about. That was fine, I get it, things happen. They sent a link to a property on the 1st floor. I asked if we could be higher up since that was a huge reason for picking something 5th floor or higher. They sent me Island Winds East 308. Again, not high enough but I appreciated the company trying to find us something on the day we were arriving. The listing stated that this unit had gone through a “beautiful makeover”. We were also told they would cover the cost of additional nightly rate and that we needed to purchase the $50 parking pass ourselves. We arrived at around 730PM and took all our stuff up to the condo just to find that it was NOT “beautifully made over”. There was dust/dirt all over the trim around the doors and the floor. Tiles were cracked, a picture frame was broken, there was a hole in the ceiling where a vent should be. My partner looked at the furnace filter because he thought maybe that’s causing all the dust and sure enough it was disgusting and looked as though it hadn’t been changed in years. I asked again if there was something higher up because the view straight out the window was the pool with people in it that could see straight into our condo. Not the private quiet vacation I was expecting. They sent us another place Seawinds 1008. Which was great but we had to pay another $150 to move to that because it was a bigger unit. I appreciated that their rental company was communicative and helpful. However, when I sent pictures of Island Winds East, they did not reply or seem to care about the condition it was in. Also, the “upgraded” place we stayed in was nice but not as nice as many other condos I’ve stayed in in Gulf Shores. It was clean enough, but the whole bathroom smelled like toilet water from the leaky toilet that several others mentioned in the reviews. That alone would have made me never book that place during my research to find the right place and location for us. If this company had asked what 3 things were most important to us before sending us their “comparable” property to move us, it might have gone smoother. Based on the reviews, it looks like the original Boardwalk condo we were going to stay in that had a “water leak” turned out to be bugs that the previous folks that stayed found. I would NOT book from this rental place again. Cleanliness is hugely important to me in where I’m staying and the two places we went plus the third with the bugs tells me that this management company doesn’t care about cleanliness. I would think they would have at least replied with a “thank you” for letting them know that one of their condos was not at all as the description mentioned. Won’t book with ALBVR again.

We had a lovely stay at the Sanibel 505 in the Gulf Shores. We had all the comforts of home, a full kitchen, and cozy beds. We enjoyed many walks on the beach and along the lagoon. We saw so many beautiful birds and stunning sunsets. It was truly a serene and peaceful stay! There is so much to enjoy in the area, great restaurants nearby as well. We definitely will stay here again!

We absolutely loved this condo. It was a perfect fit for our little family. Across the street from beach and the pool view was spot on. Loved the balcony.
Washer and dryer was a little temper-mental. Everything else was perfect. Will rent again.

It's quick and easy to pick up a vacation rental here even if it's last minute. The condo we rented on Orange Beach Alabama was very clean and inviting. I made reservations on my phone which was "quick and easy." Checking in didn't even require a visit to any office or desk. They send a code for the door. Punch it in and you're done. To check out just text a code to the number they provide and you're finished.

Our unit was so beautiful, clean, and had a huge balcony overlooking the ocean! The pool was small, but we came for the beach so that wouldn’t keep us from staying here again!!

Highly recommend! There are 4 Builsing total + clubhouse in middle. Gated community to run around on site, directly on the beach, front porch amazing view of ocean every day!! Several pools. Get to beach and step in minutes, can walk straight down. Beach has white ghost crab that we collected every night with flashlights! Went in June and ocean water was perrrrfect. Not the slightest cold. Pools on resort are incredible, clean, 4 to choose from! Clubhouse in middle has game room kids can play for free, also indoor pool and the clubhouse does kid events in the afternoon (cannon ball contest, scavenger hunt, crafts, hula hoop contest etc). Amenities were seamless. Just bring your own supplies (trash bags, detergents, dishwash soap) easy trash chute in hallway, place is clean and beds are super comfortable and soft. Bathrooms beautiful and clean, towels provided. It was so easy, walked everywhere onsite with kids.
