The sale of my dad's home in Stowe VT was long anticipated, as were the numerous complications in preparing the house for sale -- especially from the long distance away for myself and two sisters. Caroline's assistance was superb throughout. On numerous occasions she was able to meet contractors, maintenance crews, trash haulers, surveyors and other service providers that came and went throughout the preparation period. We worked with Caroline searching for a house in Stowe, VT for one year. Caroline was always very prompt and communicative answering emails, texts, and phone calls, she would usually get back to us within a few minutes. There were questions about the septic system. Caroline did thorough research into State records and contacted septic pumping companies to get the definitive answers we needed to close on the home.
