Grant was our listing broker for a land parcel we owned that was over 60 acres. Not everyone is willing to put in the time to walk the boundaries, and understand the unique attributes land offers. It’s not for everyone. My husband and I are in the land business, so we can tell who knows and who doesn’t. Grant has what it takes.
