Our experience was mainly with Josh, one of the realtors. As first time home owners, there are a lot of things that we did not know that we had to look out for but Josh was extremely knowledgeable in providing assessments of homes, reviewing features of exteriors and foundations and personally looking into how much hypothetical renovations would look like for us.
