I have worked with Patrick and his team to design and develop architectural plans for a historical property I owned. Their designs were creative and thoughtful compared to other firms I dealt with. They assisted in obtaining the necessary permits with the town and engineering permits related to the property. They were professional and great to work with throughout the entire process. Additionally, within my due diligence to determine if I wanted to use them I had the opportunity to see a few of their other in progress/completed projects and the designs were amazing and the materials used were the highest level of quality and craftsmanship was top-notch.

You can’t help but be drawn to the quality of their work and what it feels like to be in one of their homes. Their expertise and attention to detail is evident and their professional fees are comparable to other firms though what you get is far more exceptional. "Worst experience of a lifetime". "Nightmare to work with" "Nothing good to say about this company". If you are considering these people you MUST insist that you speak to homeowners who have hired them so you can hear the truth. (Many of their projects were done for themselves and then sold - no homeowner to deal with in these instances.) Every homeowner I have spoken with - that has used these people has the most shocking stories to tell. If I could give zero stars I would.
