Absolutely helpful, kind folks who helped walk me through a complicated relicensure process right at closing time on a Monday. The slim bearded gentleman at the front desk and all the ladies who helped me were very patient and polite to me. I came in fearing dealing with a bearocratic, overworked, understaffed, and ridiculous gov't agency and left feeling great that we have nice and professional people like this being the public face and actually helping people.

Having multiple state RN licenses, I am beyond impressed.

- Site functions correctly and clearly.
- Provisional licensing was nearly instantaneous.
- I do not feel extorted by the price. It was a legitimate fee to cover necessary expenses of managing our materials.

- I didn't have to talk to anyone, which is by far the greatest gift, but if I did; I have a strong feeling they would have been really nice.

Bang up job all of you!!! Be proud of yourselves. This is the kind of work that helps our patients.

I have dealt with one person at OPR a lot over the years and she always does a fantastic job. Danielle Rubalcaba, has probably the best customer service skills I have come across when doing business with any state agency or any business for that matter. She is extremely professional and you can always expect a prompt response from her. Thank you Danielle for consistently doing a wonderful job!

These people are terrible. I cannot believe these are employees of the state of Vermont. The office never answers their telephone calls, and if you are guided to leave a voicemail message for Laticia Garcia, she never returns telephone calls. Neither does Marcello Dellasandro. Where does the State find these employees to handle such professional medical events? Awful.
