I rented three years with Rehlen Rentals under Wenger during my time at Castleton University. Rent was very affordable compared to other local landlords, which was a plus, because as an out-of-state student, I was paying more to attend college. If I had a question or request for maintenance, communication was quick and the problem was taken care of within hours or by the end of the day the latest. All utilities, except wifi, were covered with my rentals but the wifi was easy to set up on my own. Everyone at Rehlen Rentals is friendly and would even say hi/ask how I was doing when about in the community!! I enjoyed renting through Rehlen Rentals and recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent in the area - Their apartments go fast once they become available.

I was new to rentals and a little nervous but the landlord was very reasonable and I had a great first rental experience. I highly recommend them! My parents we also pleased because the apt was very safe and secure. My requests for any help or maintenance were always granted quickly.

I lived in a south street apartment (5 bedroom, 2 bath) on the corner of Castleton University with my college friends. Wenger (landlord) was very responsive to any need that we had and made sure to stop by when we needed assistance. The rent is very affordable and acceptable for the location and quality of the rentals. I would highly recommend renting from Rehlen Rentals to anyone in the Castleton/Rutland area!

Landlord was very rude over the phone and did not communicate with us when trying to sign a lease (after two showings of two different places). Their online service also doesn’t work apparently, as I put in over 10 forms on their “contact us” page and never heard a response. Overall bad service, bad communication, and bad quality. Would recommend sparty rentals 10 times out of 10.
