We originally listed our VOC home for sale in 2022. Our realtor was not successful in generating much activity at all. We were extremely frustrated and decided to change agents. After meeting with Elise, it was obvious we needed to make a switch to her as our agent. She has a fantastic personality and her knowledge of AZ/Sedona real estate is extensive and impressive. We made the change in January.

Things changed immediately. Activity increased and we had multiple showings the first week and an offer within the first month! Unfortunately, this offer fell through, but we received another one soon thereafter. We closed on May 10th!

Elise made all the difference in the world. She did a great job of marketing our property and it paid off quickly. She gets along great with everyone- buyers, sellers, agents.
