I came across Inside Edge three seasons ago when I was struggling to find a seasonal rental that was reasonably priced. Suzanne and Kristen have been great to work with and they offer unique opportunities that others don't seem to have. When my original rental wasn't available the following season, they found one that was even better and I'm very happy with where we are now. If there are any issues, they are quick to resolve them and they provide a personal touch that makes renting very easy.

Inside Edge Rentals is amazing! Not only did they help us find the right ski house that met everyone's needs for our multi-generational big family vacation, but they checked in with us just the right amount to confirm we had everything we needed. We really felt like we were renting from a friend...in a good way. We travel a lot and have experienced many different scenarios...Inside Edge is fantastic! We highly recommend them and hope everyone has as good of an experience as we did.

Do not deal with this agency, unless you want to be deceived and ripped off. What started as a great trip ended in total and utter disaster. We booked one of their properties on Airbnb (the so called Stag’s Leap). The description stated that there were “outside security cameras”. One of the couples in our party brought a small, 4 pound yorkie, which is their emotional support dog (certificate and all) - unfortunately, we missed the “no pet” policy that was in the description (not in headline of the listing). After one night’s stay, we got an extremely creepy message from Inside Edge “the owner noticed you have a dog, please provide $500 pet security deposit which will be returned if no damage”. The entire party was disturbed by the fact that the owner was doing live surveillance on us from the outside, and perhaps potentially from the inside of the house (the dog is the size of large hamster, is carried outside in a lady’s purse and should not be seen on generic outdoor Ring cameras). Nevertheless, we promptly paid the fee, finished our second night and left a good review - we did not want to make a big deal, even though the fact of outside live surveillance was unnerving. Ten days go by without any word on the deposit. Upon inquiry, we learn that Inside Edge is charging us $300 pet cleaning fee, thus retaining 60% of the deposit. Supposedly, the cleaning crew spent extra time vacuuming and cleaning up after the tiny dog that doesn’t shed or make any messes. Now, just to put things in perspective - we paid a regular $150 cleaning fee to cover cleaning this very large house, and Inside Edge wanted us to believe that our tiny dog caused additional cleaning worth double that amount? Complete and utter nonsense! To sum up, we were swindled $300, felt uncomfortable with live surveillance, and received a negative review on Airbnb (“Dmitry smuggled a dog in violation of policy and was upset about us retaining some of the deposit”). Beware of dealing with this agency!

Our Vermont vacation was so easy to plan dealing with Suzanne and Kristen! Emails were answered in a timely manner and the place we stayed in was adorable! My parents rented another beautiful home from them and everything was flawless! Customer service at its finest!! Highly recommend!

We rented “Stag’s Leap” house through this agency with our friends. Place was very nice and spacious, however all the security cameras around the house, especially in the jacuzzi area felt uncomfortable and strange. Things got weird when we were made aware that someone is watching us. We had a tiny yorkie with us for my wife’s emotional support. The dog is very well trained, and does not shed. Apparently the house had a “no pet” policy which was inadvertently missed. It looks like there is a much larger dog living in the house, however. A security deposit was requested “in case of any damages”. While we thoroughly cleaned the house upon departure, a hefty cleaning fee ($300) was held off the security deposit without explanation and did not seem like a fair gesture by the agency and its cleaning crew considering all the cleaning fees already paid and the condition it was left. Beware of dealing with them.

Wonderful rental company! Suzanne and Kristen went out of their way to find us the perfect condo on the mountain with very short notice. Friendly and professional service. Beautiful and well appointed condo. Highly recommend!

We never thought we'd be able to get a place near Okemo during the winter of 20-21, due to the pandemic, but Kristen and Suzanne were great to work with. They found us a perfect apartment with great internet so my wife and I could both work remotely and enjoy Okemo. We'd use them again in an instant.

We have rented quality properties on Okemo for the past 5 years. Normally we rent with Slopeside, but they had no properties available Christmas week. We found Inside Edge, and the properties were nice looking but very pricey. We decided to splurge. What a mistake! These folks are in completely over their heads, misrepresented the property and were non-responsive to problems. NEVER EVER RENT FROM THEM.
