Bruce and the Northern Vermont Realty team was a solid 15 out of 10! They really went the extra mile for us on a tight timeline and being out of state for nearly the entire process. We had a very wide area we were considering for buying and they kept us up-to-date on a large amount of listings and Bruce was driving to go see a house as soon as we sent them to him.

When we found our dream home, we put an offer in within a couple of hours of the listing without seeing it. Bruce drove to it that day and worked with the Seller’s agent to put our best foot forward in any way we could. We were under contract within the week and we truly couldn’t have done it without Bruce continually being in communication with us and drafting whatever paperwork was needed. He offered his input when asked, but always made it clear that it was our decision how to proceed and made it a very easy and seamless process. We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent.

We cannot recommend working with Bruce and Northern Vermont Realty more, they wanted what was best for us and not just to make a commission. That was a refreshing and fulfilling experience and we know they will continue to do that for all of their clients!

I just finished the process of buying and selling at the same time. David and his team at Northern Vermont Realty were absolutely on point with their timeliness, communication, anticipating and resolving conflicts before they could occur.

David goes above and beyond the call of duty for his clients. On top of that he just genuinely is a good person and cares for people. I also had the pleasure of buying my Vermont home from David, and while he was showing us properties, he pushed a stuck vehicle out of a ditch that had lost control in the snow. When we couldn’t drive our car up steep driveways to look at houses, he drove us in his truck. There are many more examples of this, but I won’t go on.

I travel a lot with my job so when I couldn’t be placed at certain times, David would either arrange to have it changed, or go out of his way to make things happen. I honestly haven’t met a more thoughtful or caring real estate agent. I would highly recommend David Graves and his team if you’re looking to buy/sell in VT.

Aaron was by far the best realtor to work with, trying to find someone who is very qualified, personable, and great at what he does, Aaron Scowcroft is certainly the one. Aaron went above and beyond to help me sell my home in Vermont. With living out of state and trying to find someone that I could truly trust and would be willing to work with me. I wish I could give more stars! Aaron listed my families property for me, and went above and beyond. Outside the normal answering of questions, of which there were many. He helped me in doing cleaning and set up to make the property more appealing. Can't thank him enough. He truly cares about his clients....

Though this review has been a long time coming (sorry!!), we’ve dug ourselves out from under unpacked boxes to commend the work of Aaron Scowcroft and Chris Kelly of Northern Vermont Realty Group in helping us to sell our home and find a new one. From excellent advertising and pricing strategy to crawling around in crawl spaces and combating spider webs in attics, these guys were behind us 100% and helped us to transition to our forever home. Aaron arranged a series of showings and an open house that netted us multiple offers above our asking price. He partnered with our buyer's agent to maneuver the intricacies of a unique mortgage situation and made sure that everyone came out a winner. Chris's knowledge of construction is invaluable, not only in spotting red flags, but in understanding the practical potential of properties. Aaron and Chris were all in on driving anywhere and everywhere in our search for just the right place. They remained stalwart while we became frantic, took care off the nitty gritty details when we couldn’t, and remained positive and responsive throughout.
