Scheduled Uhaul rental for 4 pm with appliance dolly. Website, hours on door, and google all said they were open until 5 pm. I showed up to pick up my rental and no one was there. Must have called the numbers on the door (both of them) about 20 times and left messages. I received a call back about 4:45 pm and she got me the truck but couldn’t get me the appliance dolly because she had “left for the day”. I had scheduled to pick the washer and dryer up at 5 pm. I asked if she could come back to get me the dolly because I was going to pick up a washer and dryer. She wouldn’t come back for the same reason... “she had left for the day”. The place is supposed to be open until 5!!!! Bad business. No effort at all to satisfy the customer. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Small operation that also doubles as a U-haul facility and only has one person there during the day. I have not had any trouble getting ahold of them when needed. Unit was clean and dry with easy access day or night. Never have had an issue with them.

I rented for about 5 years. I got a notice that they were moving across the street, so I had to move also. They assured me the rates would be the same. Then they lost the paperwork, and charged me more. "Sorry, can't change it now" They are not open until 5. Several times I went there and the office was closed. I was locked out because they forgot who was renting. Since I was not living in town at the time, this was a huge waste of time. Mice enjoyed my storage unit. This disaster ended when I moved 5 years ago, so it may have changed, but I am glad to suggest people not use them.

I operate a pest control company just look at there reviews I suggested trade for a unit they said nope I added I can take care of the pest they insist the dont have rats they ate my contact blocks in my unit. I have moved over this due to no pay back on my loss plus more rats & mice yes there document says no food in storge but cord board and packing materials are prime next matreails for pest so be aware and dont rent a unit here never on site 1st of month so they can charge all units a late fee really not fare not there to pay rent but yet they will charge us a late fee a week later stay away .

it say's SECURED but no one is ever there and the gate is alway's opened and unlocked. i wouldn't use them just for false advertising.. i even went by for the hell of it at midnight.. Gate wide open. and to do anything, you have to sit out front for up to AN HR BEFORE SOMEONE SHOW'S UP BECAUSE THE MANAGER GOES home TILL SHE GET'S A CALL.. NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO RUN A BUSSINESS. THIS IS NOT A SECURE PLACE. LIE'S. I also Admin on Facebook. and a few of these review's are from faked pages i actually went through and took 3 off facebook myself so-far.

I've called SEVERAL times over the past 24 hours and CAN'T get ANYONE to answer the damn phone. Nobody can even leave a message because the voicemail box is full.. what kind of business DOESN'T answer the damn phone!!!!
