Worst landlord I’ve ever had, horrible about maintenance requests. Lady who runs the show is very rude. Kept our entire security deposit because we “didn’t clean” even though my mother in law spent a couple hours cleaning for this exact reason. And oddly enough the apartment wasn’t even cleaned before we had moved in. We had to get the carpets cleaned bc if u walked around barefoot it made ur feet turn black. We HIGHLY recommend finding other housing if your thinking of renting from CRM or hales resources.

Absolutely the worst landlords ever. Rachel is a money hungry scumbag. She took $2500 dollars from me and has ghosted me and has not returned any of the cash. I will be taking legal action soon. I am admittedly homeless now at the age of 19 because all of my apartment money went into your pocket. I’ll be seeing you soon in court😊

I am confused by the bad reviews that I'm seeing.

We've been renting a home in N. Bennington from Hale/CRM for the past year and the team has been amazing for us.

From the time we looked at the rental house, until now as we are getting ready to leave, they have been professional, friendly and on top of any maintenance requests we made. (And it's an older house - we had several requests that required a LOT of time & effort!)

The maintenance staff has been one of the best we've dealt with and we've lived in rental housing all over the country. They are on top of the maintenance requests, would show us pictures of how they fixed things, and always were punctual.

If I ever need to find rental housing in this area again, Hale/CRM will be the company we turn to!

I know someone who lives in one of their apartments that they just took over a few months ago from a previous landlord. In freezing cold temperatures they have run out of fuel three times already. They should have an account and insure the fuel is being delivered regularly to this building for their tenants.They are stressed out that this keeps happening but are afraid if they say anything they will get evicted.

Until she graduated college a week ago, my daughter rented an apartment in North Bennington for 6 months that was managed by Hale Resources / Community Resource Management (CRM). It was an incredibly positive experience. Very friendly, professional, and responsive people. Any issues we had with the apartment, we just called them up or filled out a maintenance request, and they came right over, often the same day, and took care of it immediately.

I've lived in many apartments in my life, and usually dealt directly with the apartment's owner regarding rent and other issues (rather than a property management company). I experienced so many headaches in those other apartments. This apartment experience for my daughter was completely different. I felt so comfortable knowing that her living situation was in good hands with Hale/CRM. I can't say enough good things about them. If I owned an apartment building in the Bennington VT area, I would totally hire Hale/CRM. And if I was looking for an apartment, I would first look for apartments managed by Hale/CRM.

Sorry if this sounds to much like a "rave." I was just super impressed.

Any 5 stars are super fake reviews so they can keep getting money and not use it for the people that need it. They let my friend and a 91 year old in the streets then give them an appointment when they have the money for the deposit. They need to be shut down

Worst landlord ever in the town of Bennington Vermont people do not rent off of hale resources LLC they won’t replace the parts of are refrigerator that a friend that was help us clean put the glass shelf’s in hot water and they shattered please don’t rent off these guy slumlord

Very unprofessional staff /employees ! Would rather see people homeless due to their carelessness even though they are able to pay first last and their rent on time ! They would rather see a 91 year old grandmother and her grandson on the street because even though her grandson works and makes enough money to pay he doesn't qualify ?!?! Seriously disgusting ...
