Jim one of the landlords have helped me exponentially and above. Me and my girlfriend highly appreciate and grateful for the help he has done. Was in a situation where it was enough at my old place, and decided to get a place with my partner. Jim was there with helping hand when needed to be called.

I never feel the need to write a review but I am not going to read some of these experiences and not defend my management. I've lived in my apartment for over 3 years and received nothing but exceptional service when needed. The building itself is always clean and smells phenomenal. Anytime I need to get a hold of someone I do. Anytime I need something it doesn't take long to be resolved. All my requested are promptly handled and taken cared of as it should. I have nothing bad to say about Jerusalem Management, nor any of the staff. They are considerate, courteous, and sufficient, from Asaf, to the office team, to the building management, highly recommend. ☆☆☆☆☆

Have been a tenant in current apartment for almost 11 years and will continue to renew! Exceptional living conditions and the company addresses any problems within a minimal time frame ( though any work orders I requested were and are minimal ). I previously rented another apartment with the same results for two years. I highly suggest renting from this company for the staff is amazing, concerned, compassionate and helpful in all matters.

I want to Thank Asaf and his team for helping me in a time of need. This is my personal experience. I needed an apartment for an opportunity (Internship). Time was dwindling as I called various people in Albany, NY (I live 5+ hours away). Jerusalem Management was more than welcoming and willing to talk and answer questions (whenever something arose), as well as respond in a timely manner.

The apartment was nice and I enjoyed my stay. I lived in the apartment for a couple of months. Everything was great with no problems. My friends stayed for a few days and enjoyed the stay.
If Jerusalem management did not provide housing, I would have missed an opportunity of a lifetime.

To others (students) who are looking to rent, treat them how you want to be treated. Be straightforward with your concerns while being understanding and respectful whenever problems arise. Learn to be handy, and work with people, as this is your time to learn to be independent.

This was probably one of the worst experiences as a college student, dealing with these guys!! Jim and his little buddy Asaf are as close as it gets to scam artists. Even though students are trying to find a house in a college town, it doesn’t mean you can take advantage of anyone whenever you’d like. When I moved into my house on Hudson ave right in front of the elderly home, I would walk into a house of horror. Animal feces everywhere, grime, dirt, dead animals. Anything you can think of was in this house, and the funniest part is we paid a cleaning fee, that was apparently “cleaned and taken care of” prior to moving into the unit. Jim is as slick as they come and will do anything to make a buck. My buddy on the club baseball team also had them and told me a story about how the pipes burst in the basement leaking sewage water throughout the house due to a “maintenance fix”, no compensation for that either. Oh and they practically steal your security deposit and charge you for ANOTHER cleaning fee at the end of the year. So my suggestion to any students looking for a house, do not go with Jerusalem Management.
