As a first time homebuyer, there was ALOT I didn’t know, a whole lot of firsts and I imagine some heartache as well. Through it all Shane was patient, Shane was very informative, explained things in such a way for a first time homebuyer to understand. My wife and I were actually moving from California to Alaska, and Shane would take the time to set up FaceTimes or video calls and still give us a tour. Whether it’s experience or expertise, maybe both, Shane always had a feel for a place, he could feel if this was a good fit for us or feel that it was not. Several houses we went through that of this would not be a good fit for us, and we agreed. Until finally we came across the right one.
Another example to highlight how Shane would go above and beyond is the fuel guy showed up (after he coordinated that in the first place) and with snow up to the knee in the backyard where the fuel tank was, Shane not being dressed in the most appropriate gear without hesitation trudged along through the snow to help out the man. Very impressed with Shane and his company cyclic properties, A wonderful experience, helped us out tremendously, would recommend.
