Truly the worst. This landlord seems to take pride in being a slumlord. The only reason why anyone should rent from them is if they have literally no other choice.

UPDATE: the landlord is claiming that I left the place a mess. I figured I'd give more specifics. The carpet was absolutely destroyed when I moved in and he's blaming it on me. I actually bought a carpet shampooer to try and clean it but it was so bad that it did next to nothing. The oven never worked, I had to rely on a toaster oven, there was a leak in the ceiling and I had to have a bucket for when it rained. The heat was supplied by the oven which made my bedroom freezing and my gas bill astronomical. There's a reason there isn't a single review that isn't one star.

Currently holding our rent, so they fix the problems in the apartment from the start of our lease, we've been waiting to hear from anybody for months, and even got city Code Enforcement on them and they don't do any real work. Our floor tiles in the kitchen are so water damaged from the pipes gushing from above, our carpets were threadbare when we got here, our bathroom ceiling looks like it could collapse any second, and they are now threatening us with eviction for holding rent out on them.
Their maintenance staff only reply to threats of us suing-So called 24 hour action.
Please don't give this agency any business. They should be shut down for putting everybody's health at risk.

We bought a property that had previously been managed by this company and it was in sorry shape. The property seller had no idea about any of the issues listed, including:
•Three (3) dead rats in the basement, one so decayed it was down to bone
•Water damage under a bathroom so severe the joists had to be replaced. They were intending on renting out the unit without fixing the joists. The joists were clearly visible from the basement
•One unit had no cold water in the bathroom
•One unit had such severe water damage on the floor the flooring tiles were bubbling up

All issues had documented, written maintenance requests sent to the company that went ignored for several months. I wouldn't recommend this management company to my worst enemy.

Stole a giant chunk of my security deposit some years ago. They charged me for junk removal, even though the stuff was already there when I moved in. They were not the property manager when I moved in, and when I tried to explain that this stuff was already there, they didn't even let me speak. Unscrupulous people.
