I unfortunately wasn’t impressed with how things went when my apartment was bought by these people. While they were working on the other side of the house one of maintenance guys snooped through my mailbox got caught on camera! Sent the video to Andrew he didn’t acknowledge it. I moved out they gave me part of my security back. Per nys you have 14 days to give me an itemized list of deductions from my security deposit none of which was done. When called out about this he did admit that he was in the wrong and the remainder of my deposit would be sent the next day. I continued to contact him about a week prior and got ignored. Finally called, he was very rude on the phone but that next day I got the remainder of my deposit. Communication was awful! Service was awful!

Wasn't impressed with the way things when I moved were handled. I asked a simple question about my security deposit like 4 times before anyone answered me and when they did it was rude. Also asked for them to take my name off of the electricity and it took them over a week to do so and they couldn't give me a simple answer about it which made things way more stressful for me than they had to be. It's really unprofessional to just straight up ignore somebody numerous times.

Edit: I'll bump the stars because I received my full security in a timely manner ... it was the untimely manner of being answered professionally from anyone with my concerns that was the problem.

Once a month this guy just shows up at my apartment to take money from me! He would get five stars, but he just keeps coming back! But sometimes his wife leaves cookies… really good cookies.
