First off, Paulsen manages their apartment complexes very well! The maintenance is by far none to best (especially Kent at Rose Garden Ct apartments in Latham), the apartments are spacious and well insulated. Our complex has a pool, the landscape|gardens is always well kept, snow is never an issue as that’s taken care of. Plenty of parking as well.
You will be hard pressed to find a better deal and quality for the price.

I rented an apartment at Robert Gardens North, in Queensbury for 5 years. Michelle Washburn, the office manager and leasing agent was so helpful, kind and professional. I can’t say enough good about her, the maintenance crew, and my stay at Robert Gardens. It was exceptional and I’d recommend this apartment community to anyone! I’d still be there if another wonderful opportunity for me to move on, didnt present itself.
