I found a property on Landwatch that seemed perfect for an agriculture project I wanted to initiate. Kavanaugh Realty was the listing brokerage handling the sale. Tami Smith was the directly linked realtor and she did not disappoint. The listing on 25 Butternut Street is a sham! Seller failed to provide how the home currently has no heat, hot water, and roof still leaks! I feel like they are trying to defraud buyers and waiting for months of any response from this agency has been asinine. I have never in my life been treated with so much disrespect and would put 0 stars if Google would allow it. BUYER BEWARE!!!
