Time and time again, Judy Guglielmo, impresses me with her honesty and integrity. She is the most professional person I have ever met. I can't say enough positive things about working with Neil and his team. As potential buyers coming in from out of state with almost no home purchasing experience, we had to rely exclusively on the eyes, ears, and experience of Fesette Realty to work on purchasing a property sight unseen, with a VA home loan. The personal attention we received in response to all of our concerns, down to the tiniest of details, left us feeling incredibly well cared for. Not only did they insist on seeing one particularly remote property personally with almost no notice, but they also treated all of our concerns as though they were their own. I will start off by stating that I highly recommend Fesette Realty!

My wife and I recently had a great experience with Fessette Realty, and specifically Karen Gosnell.

This is our second time working with Karen, she helped us purchase our first home in 2009. We can say with all levels of certainty that Karen is a phenomenal agent. We have had an absolutely positive and incredible experience working with Karen.

Karen was professional, thorough, transparent, and incredibly understanding and realistic. Karen took the time to listen to our needs, give directions and insight, and provide an overall pleasurable experience.

We had the difficult task of buying and selling a home at the same time. I am sure many agents would not have anywhere near the patience Karen had with us. On all levels I can confidently say Karen was amazing. I can not emphasize this enough, we had a great experience on both ends of this deal and I genuinely believe this was because of Karen Gosnell!

Extremely disappointed in how we were treated when recently looking into a rental property through Fesette. We spent several weeks trying to get a hold of someone to schedule a viewing of the property we were interested in (calling and leaving messages multiple times, no return calls or messages).
We had the money ready to pay the FIRST day we called if we liked the property after viewing it (Friday, November 17th, 2017).
Several of our calls were not answered at all and we received no messages / calls back from the person we were put in contact with.
The first time we spoke with someone (November 20th) , they said they would call us back later that day or the next to schedule a viewing before Thanksgiving.
We never heard from them until we called again twice more after Thanksgiving and the weekend following.
We were told "someone else is interested and they are trying to come up with the money" the first and second time we actually reached and spoke with someone (out of the six or more times we tried to call and schedule).
After many unanswered calls we again finally spoke with someone on Dec. 1st - we were ready to view the property that day but were denied.
We were again told we could be called back the following week to set something up, but did not accept and finally got someone to commit to a day and time for a viewing of the property on Dec. 5th!
We received no messages, calls or notification that December 1st, after we had spoken with someone and set up our viewing for Dec. 5th, that someone else had put down a deposit that evening.
I am incredibly disappointed that we were eluded and put off for weeks until someone else got the property, when we could have viewed and payed MID NOVEMBER!
TERRIBLE SERVICE AND BUSINESS!
