She does her homework, presents a plan and helps set expectations. After the property was on the market, she provided tools that allowed me to easily participate in the scheduling of potential buyers viewing the property. Once under contract, she was diligent and responded quickly to request of the buyers, effectively communicating the net of what was happening and what it meant to me or how it could affect the sale of the property. She had answers to all my questions when I wanted to get into the details. Her suggestions on timing of when I should reach out to utilities, etc. were on point and saved me time.

Ziressa Turpin was 15 out of 10! She bent over backward for us. We started looking approximately a year ago, she’s based in St. Albans Vermont. she was more than willing to continue to work with us when we started looking in a nearby place to our current residence. After always making sure to flex her schedule when needed for house showing to just contacting us about other houses coming on the market. When we found our home, and submitted our offer when it came to decision Time, Ziressa Turpin immediately contacted us when she found out all offers on the house were the same, she gave us options on what we could possibly do with adjusting our offer on the house so we could submit our new offer and possibly get the house we wanted. Without her outstanding knowledge and incredible guidance we wouldn’t have gotten the house. I am not sure how you can have a better agent than Ziressa Turpin and their entire team.
