Be wary of investing in Passco, they just failed spectacularly in their Palm Desert investment, left investors out over $25 million and just walked way from a fully operational complex because they did not want to put a small amount into refinancing until favorable conditions came around....no due diligence at all. There are a multitude of companies in this field that know what they are doing. Passco are a disaster, and I would be money that not one of the heads lost their job over this big of a fail on their part. They treat their investors poorly, stay away from them

Passco Companies have always been a great company to work with. They are professional, quick to respond to my questions, and a great company to with. I have found their team to be caring, empathetic, and professional. Good after noon,my name is Pedja,i live in one of yours properties,that you bought recently in Key West,Ocean Walk...me,my wife and three our kids have a living problem durring construction that is goong on ,at your property,nobady over a month willing to help,hope some of new management can help a local family to ceep living peacefuly on your property,because we are not happy at all,we live without balcony over a month,no day light,dust,drilling,hammering...please help to resolve this...
