I love my townhouse and have been renting with Leap since 2021.

We moved from Northern California, and the team here is awesome, well-managed, and very attentive! The unit was brand new, so I didn't expect any issues. The management team takes good care of us.

Dave has a proactive approach to everything and is amazing with scheduling the repairs and things. (clogged drains are no fun). He answers all my questions and is always available via text.

Robert, my fellow neighbor, is wonderful and so friendly. Always willing to jump in and help. He just helped me lock in another Leap property for my daughter (first apt ever). She is over the top excited.

Elena was also such a delight with the application process and getting my daughter all signed up and online. She makes the portal so easy to use.

I look forward to staying with Leap for many years to come!
