If I could give zero stars I would. We moved out of the property and Remax decided to lock our mailbox so the post office couldn’t retrieve the mail. Then they proceeded to take down the old mailbox and put up a new one that is also locked. They have ignored every attempt we have made to get our mail. So they are illegally withholding our mail and we are going through the legal process of getting it back.

Was not represented properly, and agents or lying to other businesses in the area. Have photo proof with dates. Closed date was moved Three times to accommodate the buyer, not the seller who had to wait 5 days to receive funds from the awful treatment received from Amelia title. If they don’t have a seller that won’t have a buyer, so which means you don’t make a living…

Shaelyn was the best realtor we could have ever asked for and made our first home buy experience a breeze! When inquiring about a tour of one of the houses listed for rent, I was told that I'd need to pay to see the house in person because, "there are pictures online." Who pays to see a house? Maybe don't post it on websites with a huge button that says, "Schedule tour!" Seems super scammy and very strange.

My sister and I have had a relationship with Re/Max in Farmville, VA. since 2005. Ron and Teresa Sandlin helped us in building a rental property on land purchased by our parents in 1947. When they turned over the property management to Parker Lamb we knew that we were in good hands. He is very professional and detail oriented.
