Brandon was super to work with in this initial meeting. Hes creative, has a great eye for design, & very knowledgeable on the process. Hes so personable. I highly recommend working with him & Chesapeake Homes in general. Even though these are modular homes we did so much customization in just our initial sketch. As a 1st time home builder I had zero idea what to expect & I came away with such a good feeling that I'd trust them & Brandon to handle & manage the project from start to finish. No question is off the table, no idea is just dismissed- if it can be done it will be if it can be within budget and with complete transparency all along the way.

Chesapeake Homes is a great company for modular homes and they done a fair amount of homes in the area. I know l this because I personally have looked into this type of construction.
Debby is super patient and she knows her craft, and also the best places to eat in the area!
They can figure out exactly what they can do for you to build your dream home. Guiding you through the process and often knowing local regulations, or issues with certain building sites, or even locations.
Modular homes have come a long way in style, options, fit and finish, then years ago.

You can sit in an actual modular home where Debby can point out their options and features so you can make better choices from their selections while seeing first hand.

If you're considering this type of construction, I'd say give them a try. They're both friendly and professional !
