I have lived at Riverside on the James since 2012. First, as a renter and now a proud owner of a 2 bedroom corner unit over looking the James River and our beauty city. I have enjoyed the “condo” life still and ease of living. I truly believe ROTJ is the premier, waterfront condo building in Richmond.

I rented here for 2 years and then bought my unit. In total I have been here 5 years. It's a great building and a wonderful community of neighbors. No pool may be a downside but the river is magnificent AND we have a hidden treasure in a FREE pool that is city owned and operated in the Randolph neighborhood just up the hill. Our taxes pay for it....and it's awesome! Assigned parking spaces per unit is a great asset. You ALWAYS know where you'll be parking. And yes, if you're not in your assigned space you may be towed. It's just the deal. No crime that I know of and again....a really great neighborhood and community.

Get rid of the cockroach and fly infestations. Your security guards shouldn't have to be forced to quit due to their health being negatively affected by the horrible conditions in your building.

Kind of out of the way and hard to get to if one isn't paying close attention to where they are going and if you don't mind being next to the CSX viaduct that has trains running every so often.
