THE BEST MONEY I HAVE EVER SPENT!!!
After just coming back from the Elite training, I can honestly say it’s the best training I’ve ever been on!

Carried out property training with Steven Green and this has changed my life for the better. The mindset aspect for me is most important as it is the foundation of sustaining what you are wanting to achieve and becomimg a better person in life. I've gained knowledge that I would never know without being on a course like this. It's one thing to be told or given knowledge but if you don't know how to implement it or understand it thoroughly to visualise how all the pieces come together then it won't work. Also the ongoing mentorship is great. Thanks to the PIA.

What a UNBELIEVABLE week it’s been on the ELITE COURSE with Steven and all the other coaches.
Start to finish amazing.. learnt so much from this week and being able to take so much away with me is incredible.

Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to improve themself and take the next step moving forward if it’s business or just in general this is the place for you!!

It has literally changed my life and I am very grateful of this.

If you're sceptical of investing in this training with the Property Investment Academy then don't be. It will set you up with skills and knowledge that you can use either to set up or enhance your current portfolio. I have completed the 1-day, 3-day and more recently have just completed Elite. The Elite 7-day course was excellent - worth every penny and I will get back all of my investment many times over. I have learnt things about myself and property that I would never have known had I not done this course. It has opened up a whole new world of possibilities for my property venture. Thank you PIA and Steven Green for a fantastic week.

I had been contemplating doing a Property Investment course for roughly 3 years- always made an excuse on why not book now!
Took the plunge and just completed Elite 16 course
Best investment ever made….. Property side of the course speaks for its self. As it breeds success.
What I will speak about is the mindset that Steve Green explains- I honestly thought he had spoke to my family, friends and work colleague as the negative thoughts we all have was me!!!!!
I learnt so much about my self and to tell the truth when Steve first mentioned mindset - I rolled my eyes as I don’t need it- HOW WRONG I WAS……
My only negative point that I came away with was- SHOULD HAVE BOOKED EARLIER.
I now know my major barrier is emotions and thought processes- so have booked to do the NLP Practitioner course.
My only advice to people that want to do the course is don’t look for excuses as I did - book it and after that I look forward to reading your reviews

Brilliant training / mentorship on the Elite programme. Gives you life skills that cover everything, all walks of life. People from different ages, religions, back grounds and we've all connected. The training is the same for everyone but everyone takes something different from it. If you're contemplating it, you won't regret it.

100% The best property training course you will ever do.

This is a must do course very good and covers all the fundamental training areas in property and mind-set. I have completed all aspects of training with Steven Green and the PIA. I also have signed up to Stevens master mind group in April this will be an amazing year with some great people and pushing ourselves to the max create amazing life's and true sustainable wealth. If you are sat on the fence get booked on the course ASAP. I myself will be coaching on the one day events in February in Carlisle, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Spoke to Antonio today really nice bloke very helpful. Before booking in the appointment I was apprehensive as you see lots of so called experts online trying to sell you a dream. He couldn't of been more helpful give me some good advise he wasn't pushy trying to sell me anything just a really nice guy. I wasn't sure if the plan I had was right and it was holding me back after 30 mins on the phone I feel confident and ready to move forward with my plans. If I'm honest I was dreading the call as I couldn't be bothered with someone trying to sell me a course but it was the opposite. I'm actually contemplating doing the course in October now as he was so genuine I would just like to say thanks and you will probably be hereing from me soon
