I have tried several PMs before I got to work with Baylee on my rental property. Baylee is easy to work with and knows the local market very well. While we may have differences in opinion, she always strives to provide the best services and resolutions to the concerns. She also hires competent people to look after your property and do the repairs, which is another big plus. I would highly recommend her team and services.

Emailed 4 business days ago (tagged 3 employees), resent email two days ago and called (of course got the voicemail) and left a message. Have gotten zero responses for an HOA violation I received as an owner of a property they manage. I asked for them to confirm receipt of my email and they can’t even do that. (Or my voicemail for that matter). If you want a full time job of managing your property managers and a headache as an owner: use them.

If used them for a few years and things were okay but have slowly gone down hill.

Judging by their other Google reviews they will take the time to defend their bad reviews on here but won’t take the time to respond to my emails for a property that I am paying them to manage.

If you want a company that cares more about their Google reviews than your property: use them.

I will edit this response when I finally get a response from them.
Edit to add: finally got some kind of response the morning after I wrote this review in the form of a property meld notification. No accountability from them. I guess it takes bad reviews to get them to do their job.

I never said this was a tenant issue. My problem was that I send two emails and called and no one personally responded. This happened again when I sent an email on a separate issue sent a second email stating I hadn’t gotten a response 12 days later and then finally get a response. The point is communication of your company needs fixing. And acknowledging that would be the right thing to do. Instead you post receipts to try and prove your point. How about respond to emails and fix the problem beforehand instead of making owners have to message multiple times. If owners are treated this way I can’t imagine what the tenants are treated like.

The staff at Real Property Management is excellent! You will find a professional and knowledgeable staff that provides personalized service for your situation. Their expertise in property management has allowed me to continue to have revenue from my rental properties without the burden of day to day issues. I have excellent communication with the staff and they quickly respond to all questions and concerns. Additionally, they have been very knowledgeable and provided sound advice as I have made the decision to sell some of the properties. The process to list properties and complete the closing process has been fast and very simple. I highly recommend Baylee and her staff for all your real estate needs!

This is my first time ever working with a realtor. So I was a little nervous with the self tour and everything being done online also not seeing a face because of all the scamming that’s out there. But so far I am having a really good experience. Real Property Management answers all of my questions with no problem and I even was able to go to the property and actually meet someone. They are very fast responding back to you.Also it as been easy even though the whole time I was on edge lol

Real property management has been amazing to my family and me this past 6 years I’ve lived in my home. They have been super responsive with any needs I have and have gotten things fixed in my home immediately. They are so easy to work with and have gone above and beyond to help me out with me having to move because owner decided to sell. They have done whatever they can to make my life easier in the whole transition of living here for so long and then having to leave. If anyone is looking for a wonderful management company to find a place to live or to sell or rent please be sure to look real property management up, they will have your back thru the whole process. I’ve been having concerns at my apartment complex and after a discussion with the front office, I immediately began a search for a new home. Just two days after that talk, I found two properties on the RPM site and I was able to look at both on the same day. They offer self guided tours of their properties that you can book online for a date and time that works for you. Within one week of the discussion I had with my current apartment complex, I had inquired, applied, been approved and signed a lease for one of the RPM’s properties I saw. I received prompt replies and follow up calls to my inquiries. They made this process very easy with instructions clearly outlined and broke down all costs/fees of the application and rent in their emails. I’m excited to pack up and move to my new home knowing how responsive and transparent RPM has been in working with me thru a process that can be stressful.

The property manager who handles my rental properties is Karina and she does an excellent job..
She handles concerns sent in by the tenants and works with me when needed to get a problem solved in the best manner. Always keeping in mind quality of work and best price options
