We have been using PMI Quality Property Care to manage a condo we have rented out for several years now. They have been very responsive and also have provided good advice to us about tenants and renting.

Recently, we had an incident where the upstairs neighbor's pipes broke, flooding our tenant's kitchen. It required a complete overhaul of the kitchen, as well as mold abatement and testing for asbestos (!!!). Fortunately, the Condo master insurance paid for all the repairs, but our tenant had to move out for a month.

PMI Property Care and Patrick were very helpful in monitoring the situation and making sure everything was done properly and that the tenant was happy. What could have been a fiasco turned into a tempest in a teapot. And we didn't have to do a darn thing - Patrick handled it all.

Recently, he recommended a service which inspects the property to check for safety concerns, replace smoke detectors and whatnot. This has worked out well for us, not only providing peace of mind, but making sure our tenant was safe as well.

Granted, it costs money to hire a property manager. But on the other hand, there is a lot of work involved managing a property. When something happens, you want Patrick and PMI on your side!

I am writing this review because of the excellent management service that I am receiving from PMI Quality Property Care. It is most important to me to have a management company that I trust and are responsive. I am not really able to or have the time needed to properly manage my property. Fouzia Khalild my property manager is doing an A+ job of managing the property, keeping me informed and responding promptly to me. I can reach out to her by email, phone, or text which I like. I definitely recommend the company and they definitely provide quality care like their name describes.

EXTREMELY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE
