I love love love these people! Especially the manager I can't remember his name because I am terrible with names but he was so nice and always willing to help me! I was having a hard time finding a place because of my credit but this company will let you rent based on your rental history and income which was a lifesaver to me!! I will always remember their generosity and I loved the house I lived in! Thank you guys! 🙂

I’m so shocked at the reviews for this company my experience was the total opposite. I use to rent with them for about 4 or 5 years or more. I found out the house I was renting was full of mold and holes in the roof which meant other animals would end up in the ceiling eating through it and other animals in the walls. I seen basically the mold was painted over so no wonder I didn’t know or see it. I clean walls and baseboards it took me to get sick to notice it because my husband doesn’t clean walls and baseboards like I do so it just start seeping through the walls. If I wouldn’t have gotten sick I would have never know it was mold all over the house in absolutely every room. When my husband told them they gave us some mold cleaner for us to clean ourselves. Which I was already trying to do but that house had it so bad in the walls of every room they really needed a professional to do it. Which judging how they took care of maintenance I know that wouldn’t have happened. So much stuff was breaking down during the years and it took forever to get it fix. The stuff we wrote down at the beginning when we first moved in mostly didn’t get fixed but one thing I know they did fix was the plugs because I guess they knew that was a fire hazard but everything else was done when the maintenance guy was on his way home or never done at all. Then we had one of the craziest neighbors beside us which was an huge headache adding on to this molded house with frogs. The baseboard heats in the house was terrible we was paying $600 for kerosene to heat the house because my electric bill was over $900 a month trying to heat this small house up. Also it was a water leak my water bill each month was almost $300 a month. We couldn’t afford to move so we had to choose between staying in an in unhealthy house or leaving so we just picked to leave because that environment was just not safe enough for my kids. Now we have to be punished from not wanting to be in a molded, animal living, snake drawn, cash cow, broken down house. It was so much wrong I actually could have made a book. I just say now check your house completely before renting I’m learning the hard way but at least I’m learning to look over the houses I pick for now on.

Cheaper and well kept, no air conditioning. Gas heat, power outage you still eat and have heat.😁
