Fantastic event - amazing content, presented logically and openly. Over the three days Jerry condensed and explained the process from finding the building to operating it and everything in between, providing an informative and useful guide to how the CMO model works. The visits and tours to his own CMO buildings brought everything to life.

What a phenomenal 3 days with Jerry Alexander's teaching!!

I have just finished the 3 days CMP course delivered by Jerry Alexander- king of CMO- and Megan Brown, the powerhouse behind the flexi-tech. They are absolutely bottomless fonts of knowledge, with which they are generous beyond belief. They are grounded and respectful of the journeys of everyone in the room. I don't really have the words to express how it feels to be taught by such experts who pack so much in, listen with respect to questions and comments, and answer with expertise in both the content and delivery of that content. If you want to get started or need inspiration in your journey in commercial property investing, get" in the swim" with Jerry. The network is full of people who follow by his example of ego-free generous sharing of knowledge and expertise, with not one mention of the word" student" during the 3 days. I'm sure you have been careful about that one Jerry, but whether you have or not, it is a really classy touch. Yes, we are all students on our property journeys, but we are mostly experts in our daytime job, and there is something subtly ignominious about constantly referring to course attendees as students. I didn't realise I had noticed it in other similar teaching situations, but your absence of referring to us as students really struck me.
Of course the venues were fabulous ( the Flour Mill in Dundee and The Tax Office in Glenrothes) and the food was amazing.
I had a great bunch of fellow- learners on the weekend.
It's 10/10 from me on everything- including getting me refocussed on the immediate next stage of my property journey.
