Initially, we thought we had a decent rental until we relocate next year. Would love to say it's been without a hitch. BUT THE TRUTH IS, this has been an absolute TERRIBLE experience and we still have the year ahead of us. We have absolutely been misled, withheld from, and lied to by Blake Jones. He and the general contractor both were provided a LIST of issues prior to "moving" in. Blake's interpretation of getting things fixed and/or repaired are not in the renters interest. A laundry list of concerns and requests have been submitted to the portal. This review WILL NOT be updated without sufficient response AND actions. And, follow-ups will be provided.
